Presentations

Mrs. Curazzato has been giving Presentations in the Western New York area for the past eight years. She has written a book, “Memoir of a Miracle” and she also co-edited and wrote the Preface to “Spiritual Reflections” written by Msgr. Richard Nugent. She has had articles in The Western New York Catholic Paper, The Buffalo News, The Spirit of Medjugorje and several other publications. She also has had poetry published. Her story has appeared locally on a three day Ch. 7 News Special called “Journey of Hope,” on Ch. 2 in a series called “Monday Miracles,” on Protestant TV, where she was invited to share her story with Bishop Tommy Reid on his show, Celebrate and it has also appeared on a segment of “Unsolved Mysteries.” Mrs. Curazzato has spoken on WLOF 101.7 Catholic Radio several times and on February 23, 2001 she spoke with Fr. John Corapi to over 800 people in attendance at St. Bernadette’s Parish. She has been called twice from Hollywood to do shows which she DECLINED, discerning that they were not the right venues for a story of Faith. She remains open to that possibility providing the story is presented in a truthful, respectful and reverent manor. Mrs. Curazzato is on the committee which brought Perpetual Adoration to her Parish, St. Gregory the Great and she also founded and leads the prayer group , “The Ladies of the Lord”. She also writes for and is on the staff for “The Spirit and Life” which goes out to 5000 families within her Parish.

TWO DAWN’S AND A MARY
This little group, better known as the “Trinitarian Triangle” speaks primarily to Confirmation retreats or Youth Groups but you may contact one speaker if that is the specific need of your group. Having all three is a particularly powerful and enlightening experience for the youth. The 3 are:

1. Dawn Curazzato, author of Memoir of a Miracle, writer, speaker and guest on TV and radio. Parishioner at St. Gregory the Great for 26 years. Involved in; Perpetual Adoration, Ladies of the Lord and Ladies of Charity and on staff of Parish News Letter. Dawn speaks on “The Power of Prayer & Miracles” And “The Real Presence and Eucharistic Adoration” with a film of the Eucharistic Miracle she witnessed. A table of FREE “Spiritual Fertilizer” consisting of rosaries, blessed medals, scapulars and pamphlets is provided by “The Ladies of the Lord.” She graduated Suma Cum ‘Loudly’ from the university of Serendipity! 2. Mary Britt, is a Project Truth Abstinence Educator. She gives presentations on Sexual morality and has given multiple talks at St. Gregory’s Religious Ed program for grades 6,7,8, & 9. Mary was a volunteer at the Emergency Pregnancy Center in Florida for 10 years. As a result of that experience she has become a strong proponent of chastity. 3. Dawn Iacanno, is a certified Pastoral counselor who gives Presentations on Abortion (in her classes she teaches all aspects: politics, the rhetoric, techniques, methods, risks, prevention, all with a very Catholic, conservative tone) and also on the benefits ofChastity. She, herself, was arrested during the Spring of Life protests in Buffalo and has been a sidewalk counselor for almost 15 years. Her witness is very moving and powerful and shows her great strength and conviction through the power of the Holy Spirit. Dawn has also founded a Ministry called MOMS, where Catholic women gather to learn about and share their Faith. Dawn is the Moderator of the ONLY Catholic Pro-Life club called “Angels For Life” and she has also spoken in public schools on the subject of Chastity. She teaches “Sexuality & Marriage” at Holy Angels Academy and is certified from Christ the King Seminary in Pastoral Ministry/Counseling and she is on the Board of the Family Life Department.
